Discover What Sahaja Yoga is and Experiment with Self-realisation!

Sahaja Yoga is a system by which you get spontaneously your Self-realisation, your self-knowledge, by a happening that is within you. In a triangular bone called as sacrum, meaning sacred, lies a power which rises and pierces through your fontanel bone area, which was a soft bone in your childhood, and then on your central nervous system you can feel the collective consciousness. A new dimension is manifested. – Shri Mataji, London, 30 July 1989

All the knowledge available in this website can be properly understood only after the experience of Self-realisation, as shown in the video below. This is not a knowledge to learn or to analyse mentally, like any other knowledge you have learnt until now, but to be verified through the concrete experience of a new awareness.

It is a knowledge that is part of your consciousness once you go beyond the mental activity and enter into thoughtless awareness. This is possible through the rising of the Kundalini as it connects you to the source that has created everything, and to your Spirit that is the essence of your being.

Then through the practice of Sahaja Yoga meditation, you will be able to slowly and steadily balance yourself, establish inner peace, and develop the understanding and the capacity to use this new awareness and new knowledge about yourself and about creation. Then you will manifest more and more the qualities of a realised soul, and feel in your hands and on your nervous system the manifestation of the omnipresent power of God.

This knowledge is related to the subtle system (see diagram below), known for ages but not easily accessible to our awareness before the advent of Sahaja Yoga.

Subtle system

It will take only a couple of minutes to have this experience. So find a quiet place and sit comfortably, either on the ground or in a chair. Put your hands on your knees, with the palms open towards the video.

Through this video you will experience Self-realisation simply by using your right hand to place your attention on different chakras in order to awaken the Kundalini.
