Talk to Sahaja Yogis: We Are Here For Our Ascent Pune (India)

We Are Here For Our Ascent, Pune You have come for your ascent, for a pilgrimage, and certain things have to be borne in mind — that we have to see that our thinking has to go down first. I don’t mind suffering, but my suffering doesn’t help you much. So I have to request you not to say, “I thought.” Then I’ve seen people go on lingering about. There’s no movement, very lethargic movement, very slow movement, as if they have taken some sort of an opium or some sort of a drug. You should see, all the Indians are alert, especially in Maharashtra. They’re very alert people. And the alertness you have to achieve — not to just roam about here, roam about there, stand there. Everybody has to go and call. We are doing no work here at all. They are doing all the work. I’m sorry I have to say that. They are the ones who are working out the thing. We have just to move from places to places. But there also the movement is so slow sometimes that it is impossible how to get round you, like small children to call this one, call that one for anything. It has to be a fast movement, it has to be a quick movement. You have to work it out in a very quick manner. Everything has to be done in a very smart way, as they call it. But on the contrary, I find that Read More …

Farewell Talk Sydney (Australia)

And be coming back to Sydney again. And stay here have been wonderful.  We have made the largest number of people and you have to look after the people who are going to come here now.  We have to be very cautious and careful with the new people because they don’t know about Sahaj Yog, they don’t know about the kingdom of god, so don’t have to show off in any way. Try to be kind and nice to them and tell them everything.  In such a manner, as if you’re trying to be very helpful to them.  Don’t get angry with them, don’t shout at them. So very big responsibility, I think, to. Get the new people. In proper shape. It’s a knack I think. It has to be a nack if you find somebody rather difficult or someone, then you ask somebody else to deal with that, go on on shifting such a person, so that person gets fed up and will go away if somebody is asking too many questions or anything. Also, you try this thing like that, you see, don’t go on arguing, don’t argue with anyone. Too much arguments will not bring anything, you know in Sahaja Yoga cannot be argued on some extent is all right, but too much. It should not be argued. Now. We have achieved quite a lot in Sydney and for the whole world to see that if you can do that in Sydney, why not anywhere else? Let Read More …

Evening at Ashram and Interview Brisbane (Australia)

Evening at Ashram and Interview, Brisbane, Australia 04-05-1987 Shri Mataji: … is very money-oriented and sometimes it becomes very crude also about it. Like I went to Boston and there they asked Me a question, ‘How many Rolls Royces She has?’ [Shri Mataji laughs] How many Rolls Royces, just think of that. I didn’t know what to say. [unclear. Break in recording] Yes, they have gone through Jung, good idea: started with Jung. I addressed them, when I was in New York. They will be very happy to have another program with Me. But I told them where Jung went wrong and why he couldn’t achieve much in his lifetime. But, the people are, at large, very stupid in America. Extremely stupid. I mean they… I talked to them about Jung and all the mistakes he must have committed and – a very deep subject. Then the chairman, an old man of eighty years, wanted to see Me personally. I said, all right, he came along and then what he says to Me, most surprisingly, he says he has a keep, and he had this keep for many years. [Yogi: A keep?] He – this gentleman. He never told his wife and now the wife is dead. Now, this keep is still not so old as I am, and now she wants to go away with another man. That’s his problem, and how can I help him. I mean, what to do, I said. [Yogi: This eighty-year-old man.] How far Read More …

Advice to Austrian Yogis Rome Ashram - Nirmala House, Rome (Italy)

Advice to Austrians yogis, Nirmala House, 20 April 1987. Shri Mataji: And that’s why it’s working out that way. Because if it was one sided, it should not have worked that way. It’s both the sides are there. Come in, come in, come in, move forward. [inaudible as more people enter] How are the children? Are they all right? Yeah. Come on. Hamid is there or gone? Yogi: Hamid is on the way. He is here. Shri Mataji: He is here. I wanted to know about his experiment, what has happened? Yogi: I think he did not continue so far. Shri Mataji: Hamid, what has happened about your experiment? Of saving the… Come here, can’t hear you. Come in, come in, come in. Hamid: Mother, at this moment it’s impossible to go there. It’s also about one metre of snow. Shri Mataji: Yes, I saw, I saw it while coming, but now how is it otherwise? Hamid: I must go there. Shri Mataji: But in the beginning how was that, till now? Hamid: In the beginning it wasn’t so bad, and last summer I was the last time there and I gave Your pictures there at different places and vibrated with water and come back. And now after winter, I must go again there. Shri Mataji: But why don’t you take some water from here. Did you take from yesterday’s puja? Hamid: I did it. You have given me water from India… Shri Mataji: What I thought that now, when Read More …

Evening Program, Talk (after Marriages) and Meditation for Right Side Residence of Madhukar Dhumal, Rahuri (India)

Then you wont feel the strain, because going back I know what it is to travel. So how was the experience here were you happy— and all the married couples are they happy, you look so nice and so beautiful, now i’ve given quite a big lecture this morning I think and I didn’t talk much about it, but we have to develop personality that’s important. That personality which is of course inside, you are growing very much, but in relationship with that personality, you have to develop a personality which is, dignified, which is impressive, which makes feel, other’s happy, because from you they will judge, if you are frivolous and if you are cheapish type, even because of may be your age whatever it is, still people will start thinking that something wrong with these people.  So, we have to develop personality, a personality which is inside us, is that of your spirit and that is so dignified, so beautiful and so natural, but naturalness never means frivolity or stupidity it doesn’t means that.Naturally a human being, even an animal is sensible thing, so human beings are naturally very sensible, very loving, happy, joyous and good creation of God, but it is not yet known to Sahaja Yogi’s that your personality impresses others much more than your talk about Sahaja Yoga.  Like Dhumal went a office of collector and the way he was talking, the way he was handling, the way he was so natural and so good Read More …

Unknown Evening Program Talk Ganapatipule (India)

How creative he is. See his creativity is really more interesting, he is creating experiences out of it, beautiful things, the way he is touching little, little notes and pulling it down, really it’s tremendous, I must say. They are all great artists and all the time I am thinking of Ravindranath Tagore. What his soul must be feeling so happy, that is described one day and that’s happening today with all these three Bengal people coming here really, my hats off to Bengalis and to Bengal, I really tell you. I am so indebted to them, so indebted to them, really, such a great thing, such great masters are coming out and they are from Nagpur also, that’s something surprising for me. May God bless you all of you, may God bless you, they are great people. We have other artists also from Nagpur, so many of them so nicely played and you enjoyed their music. They are Maharashtrians I should say, so they used to say that Bengal mara balo se or Maharashtra mara gano se. They used to say that Bengalis have, very Bengali ladies have big, big long hair but now this other way round I s sometimes. Beautiful, isn’t it beautiful. I am so very enamoured with the whole thing that has happened. May God bless them with greater and greater talent. But what a talent it was, what a talent, that’s the point. Now those who played it, guitar, must know not to just Read More …

Welcome Talk Ahmednagar (India)

Welcome Talk 1985 01 25 Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, India. Mr Pankay, the administrator of Municipal corporation of Ahmednagar, and other officers who are being very kind to host you to this beautiful function. And all the public from Ahmednagar. From all the Sahaja yogis abroad who have come all the way here, also the Sahaja yogis who are Indians, I would like to Thank administrator Mr Pankay for his kind invitation to this gracious occasion. [Clapping..]Tomorrow is a great day, in my life also, that it’s our republic day, we got our independence on the 15th of August, but we celebrate 26th as the republic day and as you know that my father, my mother, all my family sacrificed everything that they had to achieve this freedom. Even I, as you know, I have done my bit in this respect, and I have been a great leader of young students at that time. So, it is such a great thing to see this dream come true that without getting your freedom, your political freedom, you cannot ask for your spiritual freedom. Today, we don’t have Mahatma Gandhi with us, but if he was here, he would have supported Sahaja Yoga out and out. [Clapping..] As Mr Pankay has pointed out that it is our heritage of our culture which has kept us together, in this diversity, the unity is expressed because we have set certain basic fundamental ideas which are common, whatever religion, whatever race we may have. Radio Interview Vienna (Austria)

Her Holiness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi Radio Interview, Oe3 Dabei 05 September, 1984, Vienna, Austria INTERVIEWER: But I don’t understand too much about that subject, that You as a lady are the teacher, not only the teacher, the founder of a yoga–theory. Is this in common in India, that also women do it? I read that You say that all comes from Mother Nature and therefore are there many women that were teachers in the case You are, or are You in this sense of course a unique person? SHRI MATAJI: (Shri Mataji laughing) It’s a rather embarrassing question, isn’t it? I think a Mother can do better job than anybody else, in this respect, but you have to have a lot of patience with people, isn’t it? Say if it was Christ, He is very nice, He got crucified and finished the job. You see, He was so disgusted and Shri Krishna would take His Sudarshan and kill people. But if you have to really emancipate people, if you have to really see that they get what they have, you have to have real patience of a Mother. INTERVIEWER: So can You give me some not private details on Your family’s life. I read as well in Your bio, that now Your daughters are married, and then You started to do what You are doing nowadays. So did You influence them as they were kids? Or when did You start to create Your theory, Your yoga? SHRI MATAJI: No, Read More …

Shri Krishna Puja: On America New Jersey (United States)

Shri Krishna Puja. New Jersey (USA), 18 August 1984. …..many rakshasas and He used His samhara shakti, His killing powers, and His destroying powers to achieve that. Simultaneously at that time He was doing Sahaja Yoga with the gopa and the gopis in the way it was just a play, a leela. “Ra Dha. “Ra” is energy and “dha” means the one who has sustained it. She’s the sustainer of that energy. Radha. And She would go and have a bath in the river Yamuna and the ladies would go and fill up their pitchers with that water, vibrated water, and He used to break that pitcher, at the back, from the back with stones, little stones, and make a hole in it just like we make a hole here, He used to make a hole in the pitcher and that vibrated water used to flow down on the back of the gopis to give them awakening. But that was not the time to tell them about Sahaja Yoga, there was no way of getting people around and giving them lectures and things like this so He was playing about. He played with the gopas also, by holding their hands – Raasa . “Ra” is again energy and “sa” means with. He used to play with them. He used to climb up into a pyramid-like structure made out of them and would break another pitcher which was filled with butter and butter milk and they all would eat it. Beautiful Read More …

Talk to Austrian Sahaja Yogis Bordi (India)

Talk to Austrian Sahaja Yogis, Bordi (India), 13 [or 14?] February 1984. Now Austria is very strategically placed in Sahaja Yoga, it’s a bridge. It’s a bridge between the left and the right. Austria is a bridge between the left and the right or we can say that now all the Western Europe is becoming “leftish” because of the influence of alcohol and frustration from aggression and they’ve done their level best, now they are fed up with themselves. It’s a sort of, they have given up. And on other side is the German side, you can say the Russian side, those who are still trying to progress and develop and conquer and fight. So Europe is divided unfortunately into two types of people now. The left-sided people are committing suicide and the right-sided people are still busy with aggressiveness and aggressive ideas. So between these two, the bridging thing is Austria, is a very important place. (To Gregoire: Now translate.) Sahaja Yogi: [Grégoire speaks in German] Who does not understand English? Shri Mataji: No, no, no. Better tell them [inaudible: as that-?]. Gregoire: They understand Shri Mataji Shri Mataji: They understand. All right.  So this is a very strategic place where the left and right are bridging you see, and the swing always moves from left to the right and right to the left. So there is a possibility that some of the Germans may try to take to the left-sided base. But when the right-sided person goes to Read More …

Animal personalities inside us Mulhouse (France)

Conversation with Sahaja Yogis, Mulhouse, France, 1er September 1983 Like the Father created the world, the Son showed how to resurrect, but the Mother then nourishes, actually, and makes you something, the owner of the whole thing. So, first the God almighty, the father, then the Spirit in the heart, and then now, the Kundalini. So, after you become one with the Spirit, you become the Spirit. And the powers that the Spirit had before start manifesting in you. So, this is at this consciousness, that we have to rise. The problem is we move in a pendulum, from this to that, like from one extreme to another extreme. But the movement of consciousness is spiral, it moves in a spiral, like the Kundalini. And so, the Mother who is loving, very gently, very kindly, affectionately, manifests her beauty of nourishment. This kind of unconsciousness I want to work out, because we are a computer in that, say, a server DD, a computer. And another computer, the one we are producing, actually, is our reflection.Sahaja Yogi: Would you say it again, Mother?Shri Mataji: You see, we are producing computers outside. They are the reflection of ourselves outside.Sahaja Yogi: They are the reflection of us as we are the reflection of God.Shri Mataji: So, whatever we reflect is artificial, man-made. And I was reading an article today, and the gentleman said that thousands and thousands of computers, we may use, we cannot reach the computer that is our own innate intelligence. Talk to New Sahaja Yogis: Now you are not there where you were Tannay (Switzerland)

1983-08-31 Talk to New Sahaja Yogis TRNSCRIPT INCOMPLETE [27:57] And once you have found the lamp and have lightened it then you don’t have to use a lamp to see that, do you?  That lamp itself gives light.  So this must be understood logically that now you are not there where you were.  That you are at a different level and accept all the transformations as reality.  And don’t live in the past or in your imagination.  As I have told many a times a that supposing a beggar is made a king, now he is sitting on a throne, he sees everybody is coming and bending before him bowing to him.  Bowing…But he being beggar in the mind puts his hand out and says can you give me some money.  So the situation is like this.  So the…so when I see people having miserable looks on their face I think the same beggar is coming back.  So sometimes it peeps in.  So you now say that now I know you are not there.  Now better go away.  So one of the responsibilities you have is to establish yourself fully in sahaja yoga with complete dedication, understanding, knowing what is to be done. But the problem I have seen is that as soon as you become something like that you start telling others, “You are catching there, you are like this.  Mother has sent me specially to do this work.  I am someone. I am special, this, that.  But if Read More …

Be indentified with the tree Tannay (Switzerland)

Talk to Sahaja Yogis during Entertainment Programme, 30 August 1983, Tannay, Switzerland [Beginning is missing]Shri Mataji: Tannay is the ‘holy land’ [in Sanskrit].Gregoire: [Translates in French: I’m speaking to all the Sahaja Yogis who have met in this beautiful place of Tannay, which in Sanskrit means the place, the square, the holy place.][Laughter]Shri Mataji: And the road –Marie: Mother, actually this place is called “Holy Land” also in French.Shri Mataji: That’s what I am saying. It’s a fact. And the street which has cool breeze [chemin du Joran], is such an expression of the Unconscious as to what we are going to do in this place. Even, when you get your Realisation, you are still sometimes in a growing stage up to a point. Like you are nourished by the Mother Earth all the time, but you are not aware of it. In the same way, the womb of Sahaja Yoga nourishes you to grow up into beautiful beings. Still, you have to come up to a point when it has to click in such a way, that you start feeling the awareness of that abounding love. In the small children, it clicks very fast because they are so innocent and uncomplicated. And in some people also I have seen it clicks very fast as soon as they get their Realisation. But in some people, they have some more ego trips left to be finished. So, they come to me. I find they are flying in the air like bubbles. And Read More …

Talk and Singing Tannay (Switzerland)

27 August 1983, Talk and Singing, Tannay, Switzerland [Unclear] How are you?  Are you back again?  You are all right?  Happy now. [To a child] It is a very good speech I gave yesterday.  You must all hear it. [Sahaja Yogi speaking]  Last night?  In the evening?  After the lecture.  Ah yes, beautiful. All of you were there, or not? [Sahaja Yogi speaking]  Yes!  [unclear] How is Markandeya, is he all right?  Athena, how are you, you are all right? The people came today from Lausanne.  They got their realisation.  There was a lady and she touched Me, and she got a shock, twice.  Like an electrical shock.  Because there was black magic on her.  And she told her husband had done black magic on her. She was really frightened.  There was yesterday one lady who came, she was very difficult, she never came today. You were working on her. [Sahaha Yogi speaking]  She could not come today, she was working, Mother.  She might be coming to Geneva.  Yes. What was wrong with her?  What chakras were catching? [Sahaja Yogi speaking]  The Agyna.  She was thinking so much.  She was left alone with two children by her husband, so she had a hard time to forgive him. She was with two children, left by her husband? [Sahaja Yogi speaking]  And now the financial situation is not good, so she felt depressed.  But here the government pays for them, isn’t it? [Sahaja Yogi speaking] But no, I don’t think so. No.  Read More …

Raksha bandhan Ceremony Tannay Ashram, Tannay (Switzerland)

Rakshabandhan Ceremony. Tannay (Switzerland), 23 August 1983. I said: ‘No we have to put it down that’s all.’ He said: “How do you do Mother?’ I said: ‘Very simple, put three times left to the right.’ And I put it aside one, two, three. And then he started seeing you know, storm clouds and big formations. And so we arrive here with the rain, running out in the rain, and very cool temperature. All wet. But the thing is, Nature is easy to control…Human beings are difficult. Do you want to wash my feet? Water first, little water…(inaudible) So today is a very great day, when I arrive here, is the day of Guru – today is the Purnima, is the full moon day, the day when the brother is tied with that (bandhan?) Let me show them. So I brought for you all. Tied in the hands of brother, by a sister, for the protection of the brother. And we have a very nice story about it. When Alexander the Great invaded our country, he married an Indian lady, and after certain wars he was arrested by a King called Kuru in Punjab and his wife got desperate. So she sent one rakhi like this in a plate(?) like that with the cover in a pot. Now when he – that was the day of Rakshabandhan – so, what they did, he lifted the cover and saw a rakhi, which was presented to him. And on that day you Read More …

We don’t have to suffer University of Northampton, Northampton (England)

Public Program. Northampton (UK), 8 October 1982. Shri Mataji: It’s quite. Sahaja Yogi: Still quite, some more people are coming. Few people are still coming. So, with Mataji’s permission, I will just say a few more words while people are still coming into the hall so that when She speaks that can be full attention. Because this is a subject where we have to really give our attention fully and not be distracted by what’s going on in the next seat or behind us. What has to happen is that our attention should go inside. It’s not an easy thing for people who are used to thinking, to stop thinking, and just watch what’s going on. Because we are so identified with our thoughts, we don’t realize that they’re not reality and they’re actually preventing us from experiencing reality which is absolutely the present time. So, please realize that if you have come here to get something, it’s something personal to you by which your relationship to others is very much purified and improved but which is for you and it’s for them also, but you don’t worry about them. Now one thing which will help this experience to take place, this happening to work out, is if you don’t mind to take out take off your shoes and just rest your stocking feet on the floor. It’s a very simple reason for doing this it’s like an earthing system. It’s just giving a contact with the Mother Earth. It’s Read More …

Shri Mataji: Thank you very much. Interviewer: Now there are many types of yoga, your particular form, what is its purpose, what is particular and special about it? Shri Mataji: Sahaja- Saha means with and ja means born with you. So, it is a Yoga means the union with the Divine is born with you. This right to be united to the Divine is born with you. And is spontaneous. Means it happens through a living force of the living God. It is a living happening, the living happening of any evolutionary process. Talk to Sahaja Yogis New Delhi (India)

Talk to Sahaja Yogis, Delhi, India 25-02-1982 Our respected chief justice Mr Mahajan, respected minister sahab, our beloved trustee Mr  [UNCLEAR],all the Sahaja Yogis who are blessed today specifically by God’s grace, i bow to you. I am so filled with gratitude, that I have no words to express the bounties and the beauties of the divine, we have struggled so much to get a piece of land and so far we have not  been successful, though our president has granted that [UNCLEAR]. It’s such a sad thing that we could not manage to lay our hands on any piece of land while the whole belongs to God Almighty and our trustees had given up all hope of getting anywhere near and they started saying that ‘Mother is a very impractical lady, she doesn’t understand modern times how to behave’. I wanted at least one place to be obtained keeping with the great principle for this great country and this is really God’s blessing that has proved that if you keep to your principal, things work out very easily. In the same way in England they were struggling to get a place and suddenly out of the blue they got  a beautiful ashram, this really proves that, if you keep to your principles and your love for God he  gives you your Kshema as Krishna has said ” YogaKshemam vahamyaham”  if you have taken yoga he will look after your Kshema , people may argue that ‘why is it taken so much Read More …

Talk to Sahaja Yogis London (England)

1981-0510 Talk to Sahaja Yogis, London, UK Today I think we should first of all talk about organizing Sahaja Yoga in England. How we can do it and lets have it in a very informal way. How do we propose to spread Sahaja Yoga in England? That is important. I have been here now two, three, four months and I would like to have your ideas about it. But before we start that you have to see that what Australia has done, how they have worked it out it’s better to see because their performance has been really good and we have to learn from them, Australia is the land of Shri Ganesh and Shri Ganesha’s miraculous powers are working perhaps because so many things have happened so suddenly and so beautifully there that you can say that you are amazed at it you see and it starts with a miracle always. I have seen something happens. These people went back and say they wanted to have an ashram so that this miracle. They have no house for so long they can’t get any house here. It’s such a big house . It’s very difficult nobody is willing to give us on rent. So we have to take a house on a frustrating sort of a thing. When we start half of the money you pay now and part later on. It’s very expensive to do that way. So somehow I told her that she was so frantic I said, Read More …

Organisation of Sahaja Yoga Chelsham Road Ashram, London (England)

“Organisation of Sahaja Yoga in England” Chelsham Road, 10th May 1981 …A personality that everybody wants to follow, to become, to love. This would be very selfish to say that, “I am enjoying!” It’s something very funny. You see, some people are like that: self-certificated; again I call them. “Oh, I’m enjoying myself, I have no problems, you see, why should you worry?” This is all nonsense, absolute nonsense it is. It is that you are enjoying your ego then. But to enjoy yourself means you are enjoying everyone and everybody’s enjoying you; everybody likes you. You are not extreme neither too ritualistic. You are so flexible. You are adjustable. That’s like water, whatever you mix it with, it takes the colour. However you put it, it washes. If it appears in the eyes it makes you look beautiful. It’s like that. That’s the spiritual quality of a person. They have to be adjustable. In whatever way you are, people enjoy you and love you. Vibrations have improved. Alright? Don’t blame anyone for anything, not yourself [or] anyone. Enjoy! This is the time for enjoyment, not for blaming others, sitting down, sulking. No it’s for enjoyment. Good. Beautiful! Are you alright now? Good. Now put your hand towards me. Alright? Put your hands towards me straight. Be alert! Some people need alertness. Be alert! Look at children, how alert they are. When there’s an aeroplane going, they’ll all come and, “Bye-bye aeroplane, bye-bye aeroplane!” Now the aeroplane is gone, so Read More …

Sahaja Yoga the force within Hotel de la Paix, Lausanne (Switzerland)

Public Program. Lausanne (Switzerland), 27 April 1980.  [un-transcribed Q&A section]  Sorry, I do not know how to speak in French language. But Christine knows both the languages very well and I’m sure, she’ll be able to translate what I say very well. (Laughs…) Very shy, alright…I’m thankful to Grégoire for organising this program, and for the nice introductory lecture he gave. I think I could not follow the whole of it, but quiet [quite] a lot I could understand what he is saying.  I admire his bravery. I wish they [there] were such brave people at the time of Christ. But I am the only lucky person I think who has got such brave people around, who are not afraid to give the message of the truth. People don’t like the truth at all. We are so identified with our ignorance that anybody tries to tell something else, we just defy it. But that is the source of joy. That is the source of bliss. In ignorance we live in confusion and in turbulence of our emotions. When we face truth, and achieve it, and become it, then it becomes a beautiful blossoming for us.  The fear comes to us through our conditioning within us. We have been told many things which never came true. And sometimes the denial comes to us because we are very much identified with our ego. Ego actually delimits us. Because it thinks and we think that what we think that we are. If we Read More …

Unknown Talk to Sahaja Yogis (poor sound) Finchley Ashram, London (England)

Talk and Workshop, Finchley Ashram, London 1st November 1978. Doesn’t matter. I said, I didn’t have to knock. But I can assure you, this woman is not going to [UNCLEAR]. She said, I have to die with him. He said, how do you know? I said, that you don’t die. That she is going to die with him, this thing. She’ll be all right, she’ll be walking about, to prove it to you. That there is a, she was all right, she started walking about and all that. But they said, how can you say that she’s going to die? She’s perfectly all right, her heart is beating all right. He said, how can you say such an inauspicious thing, Mataji? I said, it’s not auspicious, it’s a fact. He is not going to live very long. [UNCLEAR which has to act] And she died. So, that day, instead of understanding all this, he said, you know, Mataji said that she’s going to die and she didn’t die. I’m telling you how the cunning works. Yogi: Yes, Mother, I think…  Shri Mataji: But you try. Let us see now. You try, because, you see, as soon as you decide it, all the satanic forces will start acting against you. Yogi: Well, I’m not worried about it, the success/failure I mean, I just do the job.  Shri Mataji: Yes, you just try, but think about it in your meditation, what kind of a situation you should get. It’s such a funny Read More …

Creation of a letter, story of Shri Bhramari Ashley Gardens, London (England)

Conversation with Sahaja Yogis, Creation of Sahaj material, the story of Shri Bhramari, London, Ashley Gardens (England), September 7th, 1978 [Shri Mataji dictates a letter] Should I start? So my dear saints, whatever it is, we are a group of people who have assembled together through our true seeking and all of us have been to all kinds of various gurus and various acts of seeking, because we were anxiously seeking the truth. In our seeking, we had to go through all the ancient scriptures, not only Indian, but also other scriptures like Koran and Torah and the Bible. We have read also the Indian scriptures with very great care. Some of them have read some books and some others have read some others. But, we would like to point out that Kundalini awakening is to be understood in its all seriousness and in its all true, real form. The Vedas, which are four, Upanishads, Darshanas, Puranas, [unclear- 3:20] and Tantra Vidyanas, all of them point out that Kundalini, even Gita, – Gita you put it, note it Gita- that Kundalini is the primule or the germinating power within us, which gives us Realisation, which is the evolutionary manifestation of human bases. All other things, which people talk about will not lead to evolution, but they may develop some powers which are supraconscious in nature or subconscious. We have met eight disciples at least of your guru mister Yaar. We would like to tell you that only one person was a Read More …

How the Divine is working within us? Cowasji Jehangir Hall, Mumbai (India)

Public Program, day 1 Jehangir Hall, Mumbai 23-03-1973 Shri Mataji: For example, if you discuss with a medical doctor, he will not be able to tell you what is a libido, which is the basis of many psychological findings. If you ask the psychologist, he may not be able to tell you what are the symptoms of the sympathetic and the parasympathetic nervous system. Then, “yogashastri” (yoga experts) are regarded as something out of place. Perhaps we have never realised that all these knowledge springs from one source, that is awareness. One source is giving all these flowers and still, we are separated. And we are fighting with each other, not knowing that this is one source that has blossomed into so many flowers. This disintegration leads us to confusion. And Kaliyuga, this modern age is known for its confusion. The religion, the dharma and the adharma, both are confused. Right and wrong is a confused subject. Divine and satanic are confused. Keeping all things in view, we have to be very open-minded, like a scientist. And find out how the Divine is working within us. Some biologists who have been working on the subject of life, have brought about a very good thesis about the life that was created in such a short time. According to those biologists, the time taken for a human life to evolve from the time when the earth seceded from the sun, is too short to even create a life. They have given an Read More …

Unidentified Talk after Evening Program, eve of Shri Ganesha Puja Pune (India)

Unidentified Talk Eve of Ganesha Puja Maharashtra India. [Gopa] saying please take me across this ocean of  illusion, this [pandurangara] is requesting Shri Krishna – Panduranga is Shri Krishna in Maharashtra is called as [unclear] Also there’s a big story about it but I’ll tell you later on. So he says he is requesting please take me across and this is what I wanted.. But the way he sang it  with such devotion, sincerity and honesty. It’s really just stirred up all the vibrations I know and you are feeling all that. You see we Maharashtrans are very lucky people, that we had such saints who were realised souls. They knew about chaitanya. They knew about vibrations. They knew about the higher life and all the time whatever they have sung is the hope that everybody will get realisation, or they have described that state of realisation. I mean I must say the Maharashtrans are the luckiest people. I don’t know if they understand it or not but they are the most blessed people because there are so many saints who were realised souls.  They are Nathas who were realised souls and all of them have sung the song and the place of this higher state of life. And this one you can see now. This song also says same thing that let me go beyond this. But I must say one thing, congratulating all these Sahaja Yogis from the west that they never had heard about these things, never. They never knew about Read More …
