Shri Mataji has a big following in Turkey. Healthy Life Association members are Her representatives in Turkey. Since 3 years this association is trying to spread Sahaja Yoga in Turkey. By burning all the rubbish collected in us, we get a surge of love in a clean heart. Which makes everyone so joyful. Hence first of all we must bum all our negativites. There should not be any politics in Sahaja Yoga. The society is in a vice like political grip. Sahaja Yogis get affected by this situation. An immature Sahaja Yogi may say something to another Sahaja Yogi in the influence of his conditioning. That can affect the other Sahaja Yogi and he may in turn say this to someone else. This may give rise to a wave that can spread like the flu. This is a disease (politics) and it spreads far and wide. In the olden days, women folk used to do politicing and men folk used to fight but now it is the reverse which is happening. Anyone who desires his ascent, must not get trapped in such activities. Advice given by Shri Mataji on Indian Spices and Ingredients, At breakfast on August 26, 1992, Shri Mataji us with these instructions on the use of some Indian spices and ingredients.  1- Coriander: Seeds: teeth, liver. Leaves: act as a regulator of body flagrance.  2-Cumin: Teeth, liver (jira, coriander and ajwain prevent gases) 3-Tumeric: Skin, liver 4- Ginger: Liver 5- Garlic: High blood pressure, heart problems (garlic came from ambrosia: therefore it is good for the heart. On the other hand, it’s a perfect horror to bhoots and the like.) 6- Silver Leaf: (Shri Mataji gave us cardamon seeds, each rolled in silver leaf. Immediately the whole right half of our bodies colled down) 7- Cardamon seeds: Extremely cooling (the shell should not be eaten) Used a lot in combination with other hot species to give balance: like garam masala, curry, or with black tea (chai) etc.  8- White cheese:  (Fresh cheese like mozzarella, cottage cheese, panir, etc.) Very good and light.  It would be better for the liver if we could get used to these instead of our yellow cheeses.  (At that point Shri Mataji gave a bandhan that cheese like mozzarella be produced and brought to market in Austria, Germany and others countries. We have to feel it on our central nervous system. That is what is called (? buddh), from where the word “Buddha” has come. In the early Christians’ era the Christians were called as Gnostics, about which Saint Thomas has written when he went to India. The “know” word comes from the Sanskrit word which means “to know” (the word). So not to know, mentally, but to know on your central nervous system. So at our human awareness we cannot know the truth. We have to become a subtler being. We have to be born again, as they say. But it’s not just a certificate, that we are born again. It is the last breakthrough of our evolution, where we become the Spirit. It is the becoming which is very important. Now you are getting exposed to religions and you have to understand that whatever religion you may follow, you can commit any sin. Maybe, you also receive a few letters, that’s why I’m writing this to you as some people might be upset with you, even though I think one thing might be beneficial to me. that’s why my attention went to this article. You know how I run away from people touching my feet. Why do you people let non Sahaja Yogis touch my feet? I admit that some people get their Self-realization while touching my feet but even they most of them are troublesome. I’m spared by egoistical people because such people do not come at my feet. Otherwise, who knows what would have happened to these feet? Poor feet would have gotten burnt. I’ll be grateful to Umaji if after reading this article the general public stops touching my feet. But she should not think of herself as sensible and others as fearful. Does Umaji know everyone’s desires? In this world, everyone is equal but cannot be similar. Everyone has the right to get their Self-realization and develop in that light. Sahaja Yogis believe that I’m the source of this light, based on their experiences. 1989-0719 Public Program Talk Germany. I bow to all the seekers of truth.  At the very outset we have to understand that truth is what it is. We cannot organise it. We cannot conceptualise it. It is what it is. So one has to open the mind like a scientist to see for yourself what is the truth.  Now whatever I am telling you, you may not believe into. You have to take it as a hypothesis, and then if you get the experience of self-knowledge and you see for yourself, you’ll be amazed.  You know about yourself.  It is wrong to say that you are sinners, and it is very wrong to make you feel guilty. St Thomas who was a disciple of Christ on his way to India, went to Egypt and there he put lots of treaties in a big jar hidden near a mountain. 1989-0527 Public Program Hotel Hilton, Istanbul, Turkey. This morning I saw the beautiful sea that is surrounding this beautiful place of Istanbul and the nature so beautiful all around. But problem is with human beings only. If you go in the forest you’ll find forest is a very, very clean place. There are tigers. There are other animals but it’s absolutely clean and there is no bad smell or anything anywhere. But if some human being go and live there then you will immediately know. The reason lies with us that we have not yet achieved our absolute  being which is so glorifying and so beautiful. As it is we have evolved much more than animals. You can see if you ask a dog to pass through any dirty lane he can do it very easily, no problem. And you see even a horse doing the same thing. But human beings cannot. They cannot bear the dirt  and filth. So we have evolved. We have evolved to the state where we are human beings. But still l may tell you whatever we may believe into, whatever faith we may have, still we are not powerful people because we give way to wrong things very easily. Evening talk and bhajans after Puja (Inaudible) Moreover, where ever I went people used to say am I Spanish or something. I used to wonder what is so similar between Me and the Spanish women. I think the love in My heart is expressed on My face, perhaps. In the same way, I hope the women of Spain become loving and affectionate towards others. One thing we have to realize that Sahaja Yoga is Love and Divine Love, and it is not attachment, it is not possession, but it is a giving love. It is not love of the flesh. It is not love of any material thing, nor is the love of your faith, but is the love of the Divine. This (inaudible) if you really try to witness everything in its reality and see for yourself that how and why are you attached to something. Once it is discovered, that we are detached in our witnessing state, then automatically the pure love starts flowing. As soon as you get your light, the sunlight, all the fog disappears. And he told me that there were 70 people who came for the follow on. I thought now that more people will be coming down here. And the person who is the owner of this house is creating a problem for us. He cannot do it under law. He cannot do that. So, in case he doesn’t listen, we should put some law upon him, and we must see that you don’t have to pay more and we keep the backside of it [unsure]. So, that can be done. [Despite] lots of difficulties, we must keep the house. Because we’ll get more people from this new group and we have to attend to them also. So, some people can shift to the other house, which has got four bedrooms and some people can, very nicely, live here. So, we can have both the places. And one should not vacate this house. He has no business to increase the rent and he has no business to take back the house. I’ve also suggested that we should have the pre-school going on and they should not be stopped.
