Shri Mahakali Puja: Purity and Collectivity Centre Culturel Thierry Le Luron, Le Raincy (France)

Shri Mahakali puja, “Collectivity & Purity”. Le Raincy (France), 12 September 1990. We have had Bhairava puja in Belgium and now I thought today let us have Mahakali puja because yesterday’s experience, last night’s experience, was the work of Mahakali. She has a double role all the time, she is at two extremes. On one side, she is full of joy, giver of joy, she’s very happy when she sees her disciples are joyous. Joy is her own quality, is her energy. And yesterday you must have been amazed to see so many middle-aged ladies of France smiling and laughing. I had never seen them smiling! It’s very surprising how they were so joyous and so very happy. And this is the energy of Mahakali, that gives you all that joy after Realisation, and the joy you enjoy among yourselves. All these are the qualities of Mahakali. And when they will read out the names of Mahakali you will know how her powers manifest in Sahaja Yoga and how it has helped you all to get drenched into the ocean of joy. To begin with, I have to tell you one thing that Mahakali puja, when you are doing, you have to feel a joy within yourself, and joy from other Sahaja Yogis. If you cannot feel that, that means you are not yet grown and there’s some problem, maybe with your parents, maybe with your children, maybe your family, with your country, whatever it is. But there’s some sort Read More …

Talk to Sahaja Yogis: Intuition & Women Ashram in Le Raincy, Le Raincy (France)

Informal Talk to women, Le Raincy ashram (France), 9 July 1988. Shri Mataji: So, I hope you enjoy! [Unclear] are so nice! I should go for a wedding. [A baby is crying] Leave him, it’s all right. Just come along. Why are you crying? You’re all right. Take my hand. All right? Come to take Me up. Antonio [to the boy in French]: Help Shri Mataji to climb up the stairs. Antonio. Lunch is ready. [Sahaja Yoginis are serving food to Shri Mataji at the first floor.] Shri Mataji: Hello. [Cut in the video] Shri Mataji: She’s married? Patrick: No, no. She was on the list but she was not – Shri Mataji: She’s not. Patrick: She’s not. Shri Mataji: Couldn’t get anyone. Sorry for that. Now the thing is, you see, mostly the boys are of a younger age and the girls are of an older age. And sometimes the difference is quite a lot. But still, we try, we try to accommodate and see if there is any way coming in and we find it. All right? Why I asked him to talk to arrange a meeting with you people is this: because I’ve discovered that in Kali Yuga, especially in the West, the problem will be coming from the women. We have had a very bad problem in Australia, you must have heard about it. Have you heard about it? It’s a very serious problem. Now this wife has shown her ego so clearly. And She said, Read More …

Talk on marriage, Songs, Shri Mataji giving names Ashram in Le Raincy, Le Raincy (France)

Talk on marriage, Songs, Shri Mataji giving names. Ashram in Le Raincy, Le Raincy (Paris-France), November 4th, 1987 It’s nice to see you all here, to meet you all. Now, we were very successful in these programs and so many people came. I’m sure they will be coming again. Some of them are such that they may not have light, a particular statement of mind or maybe something like that. Because one lady came and asked Me, “How do you say that Hitler was the disciple of Dalai Lama?” But it’s written down in the papers, it is written down in the books, there’s nothing a new thing I’m telling. And whatever I’m saying, it has the truth behind it. I never tell lies. And I talked about Gautamala also it’s a fact. Maybe it is an American trick, I don’t know what it is, but there are doing all these things there. We have to be concerned about the whole world, isn’t it? But for Sahaja Yogis it is important, first and foremost thing, that when the others come to our meetings or to our follow-up, we should show at most peace within ourselves. And we should be extremely gentle in talking to them. You should be very, very kind to the- extremely kind, much more kind than, normally, people are. And they should feel, “These are very kind people and very nice people”. And not arrogant people that think no end of themselves. And there should not be Read More …

Talk to Sahaja Yogis, Criticism, Ego, Rightsided Dangers Ashram in Le Raincy, Le Raincy (France)

Talk to Yogis, ashram in Le Raincy, Paris (France), 17 August 1987. So first of all, on behalf of my husband I want to thank you because he told Me he wants to thank all the French for giving such a nice time to him. But let be [inaudible] because you’ll feel embarrassed later on. [Laughter] All right. Come in. And I must say I was really amazed how in such a short time you could arrange such a nice program and such nice music, specially the music surprised me very much. I’ve never had such good poetry and such good music from the French. And this time it was really remarkable. Now why I have called you to talk to you, because I’ve had no time to talk to the French separately. I thought I better talk to you here. And you are so many, I’m very happy to see that. I must tell you that France has been the most difficult country for Me to work out Sahaja Yoga. To begin with we had Marie who was in charge of the France Sahaja Yoga, and somehow or other she found it impossible to manage things. When I came for lectures there were so many people, but when I went away they all attacked her very much. So, every third month she used to telephone to Me, “Mother, You come along otherwise I’m going to give up Sahaja Yoga. I’m not going to work with them.” And whenever I Read More …

Talk to Sahaja Yogis: Why We Are Not Growing? (Evening) Ashram in Le Raincy, Le Raincy (France)

1985-04-23 Talk To French Sahaja Yogis in Le Raincy ashram, Paris, France. Talk 1 Audio starts here Shri Mataji: So we’ll call her Gauri, all right? Gauri. Sahaja Yogi: It’s a boy’s Mother. Shri Mataji: It’s a boy? [Laughter] Oh, it’s a boy! Boy, what happened! So we can have the Gauri Kumar. It’s a name of Ganesha. Son of Gauri Kumar. He’s smiling. Acha, he looks like a boy, I was thinking- [Laughter] Gauri Kumar. All right. Sahaja Yogi: [In French: please move that everyone can come in and see Shri Mataji] Sahaja Yogi: I brought your shawl. Shri Mataji: Yes, thank you Shri Mataji: Now, we have many Sahaja Yogis here who have been also married in France, and there will be more coming down to be with you all, to strengthen the centre in Paris and other places. I feel that this year has not been very good for Sahaja Yogis, and there has not been much growth as it should have been. I don’t know why but it is always to be understood that when Sahaja Yoga does not expand there’s some sort of a negativity in the Sahaja Yogis, because all the nature, everything works out for you. As soon as you change, the whole atmosphere changes and you get a big response from outside. I’ll give you an example of England now. In England we had one girl- lady, as you know , Gavin’s wife, who was very negative. And since she’s gone away, Read More …

When Shri Mataji went there, it was in September. “And that everyone had to try to come before the world gets destroyed.”] Shri Mataji: And he is buying – he is just buying Rolls Royce’s and he has got three airplanes; I think, I don’t know. I mean such a fraud and such a horrible gangster he was! And he talked through his hat. I don’t know what he talked. Nonsense! I just wanted to test him and I saw him and I wanted to know what is he up to and I found out that he was a dirty man. He was doing all dirty tricks with there – he was like a homosexual. Most of his disciples get Aids also because he spoils their private parts and things like that. And in my presence, I’m surprised about you, but normally they faint and they just become like stones in my presence, the disciples. They can’t stand Me at all.Once Yogi Mahajan told Me he wants to bring three of them for my program. I told him, “Don’t bring them”. He won’t listen. He brought them. Sahasrara Puja: Opening the Primordial Sahasrar Ashram in Le Raincy, Le Raincy (France)

Sahasrara Puja: Opening the Primordial Sahasrar Sahasrara Puja. Le Raincy (France), 5 May 1982. Today, it’s a great day for all of us, the seekers that the last work of the Divine, of opening the last centre in the Great Primordial Being, was done on the 5th of May 1970.  It is the greatest event of all the spiritual happenings of the Universe.  It was done with very great care and great adjustments. It is not in the limits of human understanding, how things are worked in the heavens.  It is your fortune and God’s love that has worked out this wondrous miracle. Without this happening, there could not have been a possibility to give mass Realisation to people.  One could have done it for one or two persons here and there, but to give such a mass awakening could not have been possible. As you know, in the Sahasrara, there are the seats of the seven main chakras.  There are one thousand nadis or, as they call it, flames, and they all have each sixteen thousand powers.  Every nadi deals with a particular type of a person and, with the permutations and combinations of all these nadis, human beings are looked after. As soon as Sahasrara was opened, the whole atmosphere was filled with tremendous chaitanya and there was tremendous light in the sky, and the whole thing came on this Earth as if a torrential rain or a waterfall, with such a tremendous force, as if I was Read More …

Shri Mataji Teaches French Yogis to sing Bhajans, Eve of Sahasrara Puja Ashram in Le Raincy, Le Raincy (France)

Shri Mataji teaches bhajans, Ashram in Le Raincy, Le Raincy (France), May 4th, 1982 [Tape 2; talk on video, Shri Mataji Teaches “Amhi bhi ghadalo” to Yogis, Marati 2.] Shri Mataji: …..This one, Sahaja Yogi: Too hard I must say. Shri Mataji: I tell you. In this song, you say “Aadi Kundalini”. You see, the “a” is a long “a” and “di” is short, “aadi”. Sahaja Yogi: “Aadi”. Shri Mataji: So, in the same way, the whole thing is written. You see, “Raama”, Sahaja Yogi: “Rama” Shri Mataji: “Raama”. So if you stay at “Ra-ma-i” then it’s long. If you say “Ramai” that’s all short. “Raama”. “Raama”. You see, this is the thing. You must understand where is the long one, we call it “dirgha” [“दीर्घ”], it’s the long. Then “laghu” [“लघु”] is the small. So whenever it’s long, you should keep it long. In the whole pattern, it’s the same because tune is the same, there’s no new tune in it. All right? [Shri Mataji reads the song] Gregoire: When we’ll write to Bombay and Dehli people that you sang for us Mother, they will be [Inaudible] of jealousy. Shri Mataji: I’ve sung for them, many. [Laughter] Shri Mataji: Same with this “Amhi bhi ghadalo”, the same. Sahaja Yogi: Yes Mother? Shri Mataji: You must understand where is the long where is “laghu”. But I knew it’s too elaborated [Inaudible]. Now let’s sing “Amhi bhi ghadalo”. Sahaja Yogi: First page. Shri Mataji: Am-hi bhi gha-da-na. You see, when you Read More …
