Zen

A religion in Japan, Sahaj (1995-0320.2); Means meditation, and was started by Vidhitama, the disciple of Lord Buddha who went to Japan and started Zen, in which he found ways to make people thoughtlessly aware (MME); There were very few Kashipas, Realised Souls, in just 6 centuries (1979-0530), yet we have so many of them here; Sahaja Yoga is nothing else but Zen, simple Zen (1979-1015)
